What we collect
For operators: your name, email, phone, business details, and the site configuration you enter in the signup wizard. For billing: Stripe handles your card; we store only a customer reference and the last four digits of any key you submit, never the key itself.
Your members' data
Your car wash's own customer records live in your tenant's isolated database and belong to you. We process them on your behalf to run your site; we don't use them for our own purposes or sell them.
Your Stripe key
A restricted Stripe key you provide is stored encrypted in AWS Parameter Store as a SecureString. It is never written to our application database and never logged.
Sub-processors
We run on Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, email, SMS) and use Stripe for platform billing.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Members manage their own marketing consent from every email and text, with one-click unsubscribe.
