1. What ProWash Club provides
We provide a hosted membership platform: a branded website, member signup and billing, an admin dashboard, and messaging tools, delivered on a subdomain of prowashclub.com. We provision and operate your site; you operate your car wash.
2. Fees
The platform fee is billed monthly per location, plus a one-time setup fee, on our Stripe account. Your free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Your Stripe account and your members
Your members pay into your own Stripe account. We never take possession of your membership revenue and are not a party to your relationship with your members. You are responsible for your own refund, cancellation, and consumer-protection obligations.
4. Hardware and RFID
The platform manages membership records and billing. It does not operate, and does not warrant compatibility with, your wash equipment, tunnel controller, or gate hardware. Activating and deactivating RFID tags is done by your staff through your existing controller.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to break the law, infringe others' rights, or send messages recipients haven't consented to. We may suspend a site that does.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. On cancellation we stop billing you and decommission your site; your members' data is yours to export first.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
